How do I return an item?
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Unworn, unused products may be returned for a full refund. Please contact us at kristin@pupcake.com with your return request. We must receive this email within three weeks of receipt of the item(s). Please provide your order number and item(s) that you wish to return. We will reply with a RMA (return authorization) and return mailing instructions.
Once we receive the returned items we will issue a full refund to your credit card within one week. Please allow up to 30 days for this credit to appear on your credit card statement. Special and custom orders cannot be returned.
